SUSTAINABILITY AND SUPPLIERS

My commitment to using food, that is sustainably sourced and grown in harmony with nature, informs my daily cooking decisions. I am lucky to live in an area where there are at least half a dozen local, organic and low impact vegetable growers. There is also a surprising amount of free food in the surrounding hedgerows and woodlands to be harvested, if we just look for it! 

There is now a growing movement of wonderful producers who always feature on my pantry shelves and provide the basis for all my dishes. I have shared some of them here for you and urge you to feel inspired by the good work they do to enrich lives, care for the environment and nourish us.
