FLOWER FARM SUPPERS

I couldn't wish for a more special place to hold my series of Flower Farm Suppers than at Green & Gorgeous. This beautiful flower farm nestled in the hamlet of Little Stoke, South Oxfordshire, is run by Ashley Pearson and Rachel Siegfried. Amongst the rows of flowers they grow a bounty of organic produce - vegetables, fruits, herbs and edible flowers - that are carefully selected for their exceptional flavour and appearance.
The joy of having to create a menu with only what is available makes my food much more sympathetic to the challenges of climate and season. Together with foraging for wild edibles and sourcing my favourite store cupboard ingredients from revered UK producers,
these five course vegetarian suppers demonstrate the art of cooking in harmony with the best produce from our land. 

The vibe is relaxed and communal. We will start at 7pm where guests can stroll through the rows of flowers, with a seasonally crafted aperitif in hand and some savoury appetisers to commence the proceedings. Meanwhile, in the Coaching Barn the tables will be beautifully set with vintage crockery, cutlery and the season's finest floral visions by Rachel. The secret menu for the evening will be revealed at the table and I will talk a little bit about my inspirations for that evening's cooking. There will also be specially selected wines available to buy. 

As everything is made solely by me, it will not be possible to cater for any differing dietary requirements.
